The PyeongChang Organizing Committee for the 2018 Olympic & Paralympic Winter Games (POCOG) is an organization that oversees the planning and development of the 2018 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games.
POCOG's offices are currently located in Seoul and PyeongChang, with plan to merge two offices in PyeongChang in near future.
==Leadership==
POCOG is currently headed by President Cho Yang-ho, Chairman of Hanjin Group.〔(IOC Statement on the Election of POCOG President Yang-ho Cho )〕 President Cho has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with the Olympic movement and was active in PyeongChang's bid for the Olympic Winter Games. Cho was preceded by Kim Jin-sun, former Governor of the Gangwon Province, who served as Special Ambassador for the Olympic Bid.
